On June 12, 1980 established appraisal companies, namely PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti by deed No. 46, made by Notary Sinta Susikto SH, in Jakarta and endorsed by the Ministry of Justice No. Y.A.5/145/16, on March 19, 1981. The latest amendment was the Deed. 6 dated August 9, 1999 made by Notary Sinta Susikto, SH and approved by the Ministry of Justice No. 16128HT.01.04.Th C-2001 dated October 30, 2001.
The business sectors served include:
Field assessment for Real Estate, Commercial Properties, Industrial Properties, Plantations, Business Valuation, Field supervision (Supervision of Construction Projects) and Feasibility Study.
In conducting its business P.T. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti is supported by staff that have experience and is registered in the membership of Indonesian Society of Appraisers (MAPPI) and the Capital Market Supervisory Agency (Bapepam).
The Company is led by Drs. Tedjalaksana very experienced in their field and includes senior members MAPPI, and won the trust to he held various positions both in MAPPI or GAPPI. Continue and grow that trust with the appointment of Director Aditya Appraisal Bhakti as the Chairman of the First Board of Examiners MAPPI for the assessors who will follow the Appraiser Certification Exam (USP) approved by the Ministry of Finance Republic Therefore, P.T. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti also gained Licensed Appraisers certificate from the same Ministry.
In addition to corporate leaders, there was one more person who has passed the Certification Exam (USP) and has obtained a permit from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Assessors Indonesia, namely Paulus Tedjalaksana, SE, Ak, MSc.
By keeping the aspect of professionalism in carrying out the task entrusted by their clients, the company can sustain its business. Even when the economic crisis in the year 1997 - 1998, many similar companies that may not be able to perform tasks properly and to reduce its employees, on the other hand PT Aditya Appraisal Bhakti won the trust of many clients to perform a given task.
PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti has experienced in assessment of various kinds of assets so far. Many purposes as of banking, management, sale and purchase, go public, insurance or other purposes for both small-scale industries, medium and large, commercial, residential and others.
In conducting the assessment for the privatization plan, PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti has assessed the assets of BUMN, among others:
- P.T. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, the year 1995 (Consortium)
- Pertamina, the year 2002 (Consortium)

Apart from BUMN and companies mentioned above, PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti has experience in various kinds of assessment forms and group of companies.
CHANGES IN FORM OF BUSINESS ENTITY
In 2008, The Ministry of Finance Department of The Republic of Indonesia through The Ministry of Finance, issued Regulation No. 125/PMK.01/2008, about Appraisal Appraisal Services. In one of its chapter rule that all appraisal companies which shaped as Perseroan Terbatas should be changed to any individual or partnership.
To meet the Minister of Finance regulation, PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti propose changes its forms of business entities from PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti into a partnership under the name of the Office of Public Appraisal Office (KJPP) "Paulus Tedjalaksana & Partners" to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. On March 30, 2009, KJPP Paulus Tedjalaksana & Partners has officially get a license from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia No. 333/KM.1/2009, with the Business License Number: 2.09.0024.
Although the business permit of KJPP Paulus Tedjalaksana have been published, PT. Aditya Appraisal Bhakti still operate until the date of December 31, 2009 within the limits of their expiry.
